Innovative Community Participation

Bringing Communities Together to Enhance Lives

At Australian Care Centre, we are aware of the significant influence that community involvement has on a person's overall health. Our NDIS-supported Innovative Community Participation programme seeks to enable individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives by promoting meaningful community involvement and strong social bonds.

Our initiative aims to foster a sense of purpose and belonging rather than merely encouraging participation. By providing customised activities that align with each person's interests and objectives, we foster self-assurance, independence, and a stronger sense of community. In order to build a more inclusive society, we think that each individual has special talents and skills to offer. It is our responsibility to encourage and enable these contributions.

In the spirit of reconciliation Australian Care Centre acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
